Dr. Taylor Huehn, DC

Dr. Taylor is excited to offer care to suit your health needs and goals, and she additionally has a keen interest in pregnancy/postpartum care and female health. From chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and rehabilitation exercises, to education and injury prevention, Dr. Taylor’s aim is to help you get back to doing what you love, and keep you pain-free while doing it.

Passion and Purpose

Dr. Taylor is no stranger to chiropractic, as she has been treated since she was 24 hours old! Growing up with chiropractic care taught her how great the human body can move when it is functioning optimally, and how to recover when it is not. Before embarking on he journey toward her passion of becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Taylor completed her undergraduate education in Kinesiology at Wilfrid Laurier University, and later attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College for an additional 4 years to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

While attending Laurier, Dr. Taylor pursued her life-long passion for dance by transitioning from being a competitive studio dancer to a university athlete. At the same time, she started growing her interest in fitness and worked as a personal trainer for the university while attaining her CSEP- Personal Training certification. Dr. Taylor continued these interests post-graduation by teaching group fitness classes and stroller-fit sessions at local gyms. As a dancer and trainer, Dr. Taylor learned how imperative it was to take care of her body. She knows the value of good health and believes that everyone is deserving of being able to do what they love, regardless if it’s watching sports or performing.

Recently, Dr. Taylor has found another passion - motherhood. As a new mom herself, she experienced gaps in care during her pregnancy and how difficult the postpartum period can truly be. From the debilitating back pain to challenging recoveries and the physical demand of simply caring for a tiny human, Dr. Taylor learned that the body is constantly adapting to its new role. This new chapter should not be shadowed by pain, discomfort or limitations, which is why her goal is to get you moving better so you can feel better and stronger than before as a new (or not so new) mom.

Chiropractic Care

Dr. Taylor has an interest in holistic wellness for her patients - caring for musculoskeletal complaints, along with exercise and nutrition needs so that patients can feel your best. Staying up to date on the latest research and continuing to specialize her treatment techniques allows Dr. Taylor to offer specific, uniquely curated treatment plans for each individual patient.

I look forward to working with your family towards their goals, while impacting the health of our community at large.
