Foundational Class

This class is ideal for a mama looking to build their foundational strength & endurance following a pregnancy. Any mama is welcome to join regardless how recent (or not so recent) the pregnancy.

During this 7 week, small group program we will re-connect with our deep core unit, re-build strength and endurance, all the while discussing health topics pertinent to the postpartum period (trust me, you wish you knew this stuff).

Advanced Class

This class is ideal for the mama who completed the foundational program, or has been cleared through their initial assessment to join.

This 7 week program is designed to seamlessly integrate you back into the activities you love! Whether its a gym class, rock climbing, carrying multiples, or a weekend warrior, we have you covered through versatile training methods to challenge and up-level your strength.

Build up to Birth

This class is ideal for the expecting mama who is looking to learn, or maintain their current fitness level during pregnancy.

Designed specifically with you in mind, this 6 week virtual program will take you through safe & effective exercises that will build strength and stamina that is ideal to keep you, AND baby healthy. Worried that it will be too difficult to keep up - don’t fret, modifications are what makes fitness possible up to the day of delivery.

Evidence suggests that physical activity throughout pregnancy can positively impact mom and baby for a safer & healthier lifespan.
